Overview
The Best of North India tour is all about majestic monuments, forts, palaces, temples and holy ghats. The tour commences from the metropolitan and capital city of India, New Delhi. While in Delhi we visit its popular monuments, centers of great historic importance. Moving further, visit Jaipur and Agra and admire the beauty of royal palaces and majestic forts for their intricate design and architecture. In the later leg of the journey, we visit Khajuraho for the Chandela dynasty temples, known worldwide for their spectacular erotic sculptures and carvings.

Itinerary Details
- Upon arrival at Delhi International airport meet with our company representative at the airport arrival lounge. After meet and greet we will transfer you to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
- After breakfast we will go for a full day temple tour of Delhi visiting Laxmi Narayan Temple, Hanuman Mandir, Gauri Shankar Temple, India Gate, Qutab Minar, Chattarpur Temple, Bahai Temple and Akshardham Temple.
- After breakfast drive to Jaipur. Reaching Jaipur, check into a hotel.
- Our representative assists you in your check in process at the hotel. The evening is free for shopping around local market.
- Jaipur is also known as the Pink City. It is the capital of Rajasthan, which is famous for its majestic forts, opulent havelis, beautiful lakes and sand dunes.
- The history of Jaipur takes us about 300 years back in time, when the Mughal Empire in India was on its decline. Stay overnight at the hotel.
- In the morning visit the Amber Fort. Amber Fort was the capital of this state long time ago.
- Visit the Sheesh Mahal or the Hall of Victory glittering with mirrors. Ascend the Fort on Elephant back.
- In the afternoon, take sightseeing tour of Jaipur. Jaipur is the capital of Rajasthan. It was painted in pink colour a century ago in honour of a visiting prince.
- Ever since, Jaipur has retained this pink colour. Built by Maharaja Jai Singh, a notable astronomer, this city is 260 years old. While in Jaipur, visit Maharaja’s City Palace, the Observatory and Ram Niwas Gardens.
- Drive past the Hawa Mahal. Stay overnight at the hotel.
- After breakfast drive to Agra. En route Agra, visit the Fatehpur Sikri.
- Arrive Agra, check into the hotel. Our representative assists you in your check in process at the hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel.
- In the morning visit the famous Taj Mahal built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal.
- Then visit the Agra fort. Built originally as a military establishment by Akbar in 1565, this red sandstone building was partially converted into a palace during the time of Shah Jahan.
- In the afternoon visit Itmad-ud-daulah. This tomb belongs to the father of Nur Jahan, Ghias-ud-Din Beg. He was the Wajir (Chief Minister) of Emperor Jehangir. This white marble tomb was built by Nur Jahan between 1622 and 1628.
- In the evening check into a hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel
- After breakfast leave for the railway station to catch a train to Jhansi. Meet our representative at Jhansi Railway station and drive straight to Khajuraho, en route stopover at Orchha.
- Next, reach Khajuraho. Check into a hotel. Our representative assists you in your check in process at the hotel. In the evening enjoy sound and light show. Stay overnight at the hotel.
- In the morning after breakfast, embark on a guided tour of Khajuraho.
- Start with the visit to group of famous Chandela dynasty temples. These temples are worldwide known for their spectacular erotic sculptures and carvings depicted in them.
- The Western Group of temples that are dedicated to Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu includes the Kandariya Mahadeva temple, the Matangeshwar temple, the Lakshmana temple, and the Varaha temple. Spend overnight at the hotel.
- After breakfast we take you for sightseeing tour of Khajuraho temples. The trip is to the Eastern Group of Khajuraho temples.
- Morning begins on a celestial note as we shall traverse you to the mystic galleries of the fascinating temples of Khajuraho.
- In the afternoon leave for the airport to catch a flight for Varanasi. Meet our representatives at Varanasi Airport.
- Check into a hotel. Our representative assists you in your check in process at the hotel.
- In the evening visit Aarti darshan at river ghat. Stay overnight at the hotel.
- In the morning take a boat cruise at river Ganges to observe the life of pilgrims who pray by the Ghats of Varanasi.
- Next go for an excursion to Sarnath, located 10 Km East of Varanasi. Overnight stay at hotel.
- Morning after breakfast transfer to the airport to board the flight for Delhi.
- Upon arrival meet with our representative and transfer to the hotel. Stay overnight at hotel.
- On the last day of our tour, we will get airport transfer to catch the flight for Delhi.
- On reaching Delhi, our representative will transfer you to the international airport to board the flight for onward destination.

- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
- Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
