DOES THE PROFESSOR NEED TO PAY FOR THE TRIP?
As per our policy, we waive a professor’s ticket on every 20 students paying for the trip. However in case of the student-professor ratio of 20:1 getting disturbed we offer discounted rates for the professors accompanying.
ARE THESE PROGRAMS CERTIFIED OR DO WE GET ANY CERTIFICATES?
Yes, there is a certification of the visit for every industry that visited during the program in the name of the college/department. These are handed over post plant tours. WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION ARRANGEMENT?
All the hotels mostly are not below the 3-star rating standards with privacy and safety of students kept in mind. The bus operators associated with us are all local verified vendors. The documents and registration are checked beforehand by the compliance team. We also have a special provision for train food. Though WE DO NOT PROVIDE PANTRY FOOD. All our train meals are from major train food companies like travelers food, travel khana, etc.

Post-call a the day-wise program shall be shared to have a clear image of the learning curve. Customize or confirm the program on the email. Post-confirmation, the following steps to be followed.
Step 1: Industry Permission letter from the college to be shared stating the date and purpose of visit in the name of the HR Manager.
Step 2: 25% advance along with MOU to be signed with the program details.
Step 3: Industry confirmation & vendor bookings (images) to be time- boundedly shared as mentioned in the MOU.
