Considered one of the holiest places on earth, Vaishno Devi in Jammu is set at a height of 5300 ft above sea level. People from all over visit the holy shrine to pay homage to Maa Vaishno. It is believed that those who visit the shrine at least once in their lifetime get good luck and are able to wash away all their sins. Itinerary Details

• Early Morning board your train to katra from new delhi  Overnight stay in train.

Day 2:Katra

• On arriving at Katra railway station, meet our representative who will help you take a transfer to hotel. Katra, 50 kms from Jammu, is a temple town which where the holy shrine of Vaishno Devi is located. After you reach hotel, check-in to the hotel/Dharamshala and have a comfortable stay at night.

Day 3:Katra-Vaishno devi(Darshan)

• This morning, you begin with your trek to the holy shrine, Vaishno Devi. Vaishno Devi is considered the Mother Goddess or Maa Durga. A number of devotees visit this holy shrine from all across the world. The distance from Katra to Bhawan is 13 km and the way to reach there is steep. To reach the Bhawan, options like helicopter, ponies and palanquins are available.
• On reaching the Vaishno Devi Bhawan, seek the blessings of Maa Vaishno who is present there in the form of pindis inside the holy cave. After that, head back to Katra and start trekking. When you reach Katra, late in the night, get back to the hotel and have a comfortable stay at night.

Day 4:Departure from Katra to New Delhi(by Train)

• Post breakfast on the last day, Gather your sweet memories of the Vaishno devi trip and leave for Railway station (Katra) for your onward journey.
