Overview
Settled at the foothills of the Himalayas, Mussoorie gets its name from the Mansur bush generally found here. A recent summer asylum of the British, Mussoorie offers wondrous perspectives of the encompassing slopes and the verdant Doon Valley underneath.
The Mall, without a doubt, remains the life saver of this slope station, particularly after twilight. Stuffed with great gift shops and diners, a stroll down the Mall opens up a vista of twinkling lights in the valley.

Itinerary Details
- Morning drive to Mussoorie, En-route visit Dehradun. On arrival in Mussoorie check in at hotel. Day free at leisure or for own activities or can stroll at Mall road. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.
Mussoorie is a hill station and a municipal board in the Dehradun District of the northern Indian state of Uttarakhand. It is located about 35 km from the state capital of Dehradun and 290 km north from the national capital of New Delhi. This hill station, situated in the foothills of the Garhwal Himalayan ranges, is also known as the Queen of the Hills. The adjoining town of Landour, which includes a military cantonment, is considered part of ‘greater Mussoorie’, as are the townships of Barlowganj and Jharipani.
